In the early hours of Wednesday, November 29, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service swiftly responded to an alarming call regarding a building fire at Grill on the Park at Park Drive in Erskine.
At approximately 8 am, six fire vehicles rushed to the scene, where a commercial premises was engulfed in a well-developed blaze. The Operations Control center efficiently mobilized resources to address the emergency on Park Drive.
Upon arrival, firefighting crews were met with the challenging task of tackling the intense fire within the commercial property. The coordinated efforts of the fire appliances played a crucial role in managing and eventually extinguishing the flames.
Following concerted efforts, all six fire appliances involved in the operation have now been stood down. The successful containment of the fire marks a testament to the professionalism and dedication of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service in preventing this incident becoming much worse.
Even as the flames were being brought under control, the transition to the investigative phase began. Authorities have initiated a comprehensive inquiry into the cause of the fire on Park Drive.
