Planning permission granted for new development Tech Terrace at the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS)

Tech Terrace has received detailed planning permission for a development at the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland in Renfrewshire. This 30,000 sq. ft project aims to create a high-value manufacturing cluster with flexible units, supported by a £4.74 million Scottish Enterprise grant. Construction is set to begin in Autumn.

SUPERPARK GLASGOW IS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED! 

SuperPark Glasgow, the UK’s first SuperPark, was officially opened on 21st August 2026 by Honorary Consul Harry Nimmo. The 30,000 ft² indoor activity park, designed for families and children aged three and above, offers over 30 interactive activities. It will welcome the public from 27th August, promoting movement and community engagement.
