In a dramatic turn of events, a fire broke out over the weekend in vacant buildings on Orchard Street, Paisley, which are awaiting renovation by Paisley Housing Association.
The incident unfolded on the late afternoon of Saturday, December 9, 2023, with billowing smoke from the front of the flats capturing the attention of onlookers.
Police Scotland remained on the scene till late Sunday afternoon whilst investigations took place.
