This morning, a bomb disposal team was called to Linwood Industrial Estate after an ordnance device was discovered. Police quickly closed off Burnbrae Drive in Linwood just after 9am, initiating an emergency response to ensure public safety.

An ambulance SORT (Special Operations Response Team) arrived at the scene shortly before 10 am, prepared to assist in any necessary medical response related to the discovery of the device.
