The quiet streets of Lochbroom Drive have become the focus of an intense police investigation today as officers continue their meticulous search for evidence. In the latest developments, drains, bins, and hedgerows are being examined with precision, as Police leave no stone unturned in their effort to uncover critical leads.

Overnight, forensic teams in white suits worked tirelessly, carefully scouring the area for even the smallest clues. Early this morning, a fresh team of investigators arrived to focus on a vehicle situated under the cover of blue forensic tents on Maree Road. The property and red car on Lochbroom have been extensively photographed, a crucial step in documenting the scene for the ongoing investigation.

A Police Scotland statement earlier said emergency services were called to Maree Road and Lochbroom Drive in Paisley following a report of a disturbance around 4.15pm on Saturday, 18 January, 2025. A 21-year-old man was found seriously injured and pronounced dead at the scene. The death is currently being treated as unexplained and his next of kin are aware. A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with assault and enquiries are ongoing.
