The Scottish SPCA is appealing for information after a male dog was found tied up at the Phoenix Retail Centre on Christmas Eve (24 December 2025).
The dog was wearing a red collar and was attached to a retractable lead when he was discovered. Although he is microchipped, the chip is not registered to any owner, leaving his background unknown.
He is now safe and being cared for at the Scottish SPCA’s Glasgow Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.
Anyone who recognises the dog or has information that could help trace his owner is urged to contact the Scottish SPCA on 03000 999 999.
