Police Scotland is appealing for the help of the public to trace a 69-year-old man reported missing from Bridge of Weir.
George Brown was last seen in the High Street area of Johnstone around 5.55pm on Saturday, 17 January, 2026.
Following enquiries, officers believe he may have travelled to the west end of Glasgow.
George is described as around 6ft 1 in height, of slim build with balding grey/white hair. When last seen, he was wearing an olive green long puffer jacket, blue jeans and tan desert boots.
Inspector David Cameron said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to trace George as soon as possible and we are growing concerned for his welfare.
“I would appeal to anyone who may have seen George or who has any information on his whereabouts to please contact us.”
