Expresso Yourself opened its doors to families, giving pupils a chance to showcase their efforts — and their growing skills — to parents, carers, and friends. The buzz of excitement was matched by the smell of fresh coffee as young people proudly explained how the project came together and what it means to them.
The Breakfast Club stepped in and gave Linwood High School a grant to cover the costs for a whole year. Even companies like Heinz and Warburton’s pitched in by donating bread, cereals, and other breakfast foods.
