Phase 1 of the Westend regeneration scheme has started with the demolition of the former UWS University of the West of Scotland building underway in Underwood Lane by Safedem, it will clear the way for the first houses to be built under the Westend regeneration scheme on Sutherland Street and Underwood Lane.
