A man has appeared in court charged with the culpable homicide of 27 year old Andrew lees.
Leon Beagan 26, appeared at paisley sheriff court charged with culpable homicide, he made no plea and was granted bail.
Andrew’s family released a statement “ Andrew was a much loved son who will be missed every day by all who knew him”
DI Beattie of Police Scotland said “ our thoughts are very much with andrew’s family, we are providing them with support at what is as very difficult time for them” they have asked for there privacy to be respected at this time.
