Police secured Hawkhead Cemetery last night after an attack on a 26 year old man who was attacked at the front of the Cemetery, it remained taped off until mid morning whilst investigations continued at the scene.
The man was to Golden Jubilee Hospital in Clydebank, where medics describe his condition as serious but stable.
A police Scotland Spokesperson confirmed “At around 8.15pm on Sunday, October 5, we received a report of a disturbance on Hawkhead Road, Paisley a 26-year-old man has been taken to Golden Jubilee National Hospital in Clydebank with serious injuries.”
