The incident took place on Sunday 12th March at Durrockstock Park in Foxbar.
The man is said to have exposed himself to a 65 year female old dog walker.
Police don’t believe at this stage its linked to another incident in the park last year.
A spokesperson from Police Scotland said the incident was reported at 11.15am on Sunday, March 12.“Please report any information directly to 101 quoting incident number 1284 of March 12 or report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111″
