A car crashed into a crash barrier at the roundabout near the TA Centre on Hawkhead Road at around 11am this morning.
The vehicle is understood to have gone front first into the barrier, causing damage to the front of the car.
Fortunately, the driver and passengers were able to walk away from the incident without serious injury. A local resident who spoke to Paisley Photographs said those inside the vehicle appeared shaken but otherwise unharmed.
Motorists passing the area reported seeing the damaged car at the roundabout, with traffic slowing briefly as the situation was dealt with.
