A busy Paisley junction was temporarily closed yesterday morning following a road traffic collision at the junction of Maxwellton Road and Lounsdale Road.
Emergency services attended the scene and the junction was closed while the incident was dealt with, causing disruption to traffic in the area.
Both vehicles involved in the crash were later moved to Craw Road, allowing the junction to be reopened and recovery operations to take place safely away from the busy road.
The circumstances surrounding the collision are not currently known.
Our thoughts are with both drivers involved, and we hope they make a full recovery following this unfortunate incident.
