On the afternoon of Saturday 25th July, police received a number of complaints of a youth riding an electric scooter in the area of Rowan Street, Paisley.
Officers attended where the youth was traced and subsequently charged with a number of Road Traffic Offences and a S38 of the Criminal Justice and Licencing Scotland Act 2010. An Isinwheel S10 Pro Scooter was also seized by officers.
As part of Project Trail officers will continue to tackle this issue and where offenders are identified charge them with the relevant offences. We thank the public for their assistance in reporting these matters
