A new tenancy has been agreed for the former Cancer Research shop on Causeyside Street in Paisley, with the TO LET sign now removed from the premises.
The shop has been vacant since Cancer Research UK moved out, but it looks like the empty unit will soon have a new lease of life.
Details of the new tenant have yet to be confirmed, but the removal of the letting sign suggests a new business could be on its way to the town centre. 👀
