Households across Renfrewshire will now begin receiving information packs containing their new bin collection schedules from Tuesday 18 August 2026.

The packs will provide residents with details of their updated collection arrangements ahead of the changes coming into effect.

Residents are being reminded that there is no change to the planned start date of Monday 7 September 2026.

Householders are advised to keep their information pack safe and check their new collection dates carefully to ensure their bins are presented on the correct day.

The new schedules form part of changes to bin collections being introduced across Renfrewshire, with the updated arrangements taking effect from Monday 7 September.
