Renfrewshire is gearing up for an exciting Autumn/Winter programme of entertainment, with a packed line-up of theatre, live music, comedy, dance and festive events taking place across the area.

Audiences of all ages will have plenty to look forward to as performances and events take over Paisley Town Hall, Paisley Arts Centre and Johnstone Town Hall, bringing an eclectic mix of creativity and culture to communities across Renfrewshire.

One of the highlights of the new season will be the return of the Paisley Comedy Festival, which is back for its second year from 10–13 September.

The festival will bring some of the UK’s top comedy talent to Paisley, with Stuart Mitchell, Susan Calman and Christopher Macarthur-Boyd among the comedians appearing during the four-day event.

But the entertainment doesn’t stop there.

The Winter Festival programme promises plenty of festive favourites, including classic Christmas films, festive markets, much-loved pantomimes and seasonal entertainment – offering something for all ages as the countdown to Christmas gets underway.

With a wide variety of performances and events planned throughout the coming months, the Autumn/Winter programme provides an opportunity to discover new performers, enjoy familiar favourites and experience live entertainment on the doorstep.

From comedy and theatre to music, dance and Christmas celebrations, Renfrewshire is set for a season packed with creativity, culture and entertainment.
