Look up around Paisley and you never know what you might spot!

While looking towards the top of the Cupola at the Abbey Mill Business Centre, we noticed something that certainly doesn’t look quite right — the finial appears to have fallen over at the top of the historic building.

The Cupola is one of those features you can easily walk past without really noticing, but look up and there it is — and today, the finial is definitely sitting at a rather unusual angle!

It’s not immediately clear when it happened or what caused it, but it certainly gives the building a slightly different appearance.

Another little piece of Paisley’s architecture spotted from the streets — proof that sometimes it really does pay to look up! 👀
