Police are appealing for information following a disturbance in Johnstone which left a 28-year-old man injured after he fell from a window while attempting to escape two males reportedly seen carrying weapons.
The incident happened around 3.35pm on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, outside a flat in Graham Street.
Officers received a report of two males seen with weapons in the area.
A 28-year-old man was injured after falling from a window as he tried to get away from the two men.
Emergency services attended and the injured man was taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley for treatment.
Police say extensive enquiries are ongoing to trace the two males involved.
Officers have been carrying out door-to-door enquiries and are reviewing relevant CCTV footage as part of their investigation.
Detective Constable Jade Clark is now appealing directly to people who may have been in the area at the time.
đź“ą Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone with doorbell cameras or dash-cam footage who may have captured anything that could assist the investigation.
