A woman has been found dead at a popular dog-walking location in Renfrewshire.
Police were called to the Boden Boo area of Erskine at around 6.45pm on Sunday, September 20, following reports of the death of a woman.
Emergency services attended the scene.
Police Scotland has confirmed that the woman’s next of kin have been informed and that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said:
“Around 6.45pm on Sunday, September 20, 2026, officers were called to the Boden Boo area of Erskine following the death of a woman.
“Her next of kin are aware.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
