Two men have been arrested and charged following a reported disturbance in Paisley.
Police were called to the County Square area, near The Last Post, at around 11pm on Tuesday, September 29.
Officers attended the scene following a report of a disturbance. Police Scotland said there were no serious injuries although one police vehicle received damage to a tyre whilst attending the incident.
Two males aged 40+ were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11pm on Tuesday, 29 September, 2026, we received a report of a disturbance in the County Square area of Paisley. There were no serious injuries.
“Officers attended and two men, in the early forties were arrested and charged in connection with the incident. They will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal
